Have you made a conscious decision to pursue a vegan lifestyle and dare to embark on a journey of culinary artistry with purely plant-based and natural ingredients, not only at home but also on vacation? Then a stay at the Burgfellnerhof in the Schladming – Dachstein region is just right for you. The chef will conjure up vegan delicacies for you every day, so that you can enjoy your vacation without a care in the world.

For a cosy afternoon we offer homemade cakes and pastries at our hotel bar. A perfect meeting place to exchange ideas and relax.
Cosy finale in our restaurant
Half board guests can choose from three different four-course main courses between 18:00 and 19:30, one of which is always vegetarian. Look forward to traditional Styrian delicacies. There is also an extra salad buffet, a colourful variation of crunchy fresh salads. Let the evening end with a glass or two of good wine. Whether red or white, every wine lover is guaranteed to find the right wine from the variety of local wines!

With seating for 160 guests, the restaurant is also available for larger celebrations.
We are also happy to offer you allergen-free food as well as lactose-free, vegan and gluten-free products on request.
In addition, our hotel is completely non-smoking in all indoor areas.
